i known i have been missing for quite long...
sorry techically problem it was...
welll now i am back with my very first giveaway for you all...
and as the tag of the post is dual celebration dual giveaway..
so yes there are two prizes for two resons..
first is that my blog will be 6 months old next month and secondly its my birthday too... yaayyyy... so double giving away time....
the giveaway is not internatinall i am sorry for tht..
the giveaway starts from today and will end on ma birthday yes it will end on 1 dec and the results will be out on 3rd December.
the result will be first out on the page so be regular..

My Best Birthday was My 20th Birthday.I love,(Read: lovvvvveeee) Surprises , but don't get many, but this one was full of it.. My day started with a Bouquet , full of Lilies and Orchids which are my fav.. ten I went out with 2 of my Bestest School Friends who gave me a heart shaped soft toy with our picture on it.. Awee :) It was so Thoughtful, and then I went out with My Best Friend to Town where he had along with another friend planned a celebration with a Cake, balloons, Flowers, Guitar and tons of love :) It was Magic , and then the day ended with a dinner consisting of everything I love to eat ,cooked by my Mum.. Yummy !!
It was the most special birthday bcoz of the beautiful, gorgeous people in my life...

I turned 18 this yr and it was pretty darn awesome..

So, here is my best birthday ever..

It was the year 2002 and I got admission in a engineering college in Jalandhar Punjab. In month of August, with heavy heart, teary eyes, I left my home and joined my new house, my college, my hostel. Days passed by and I made good friends in college, hostel and other people who were doing different courses what I was enrolled for.

So, as the month of December was approaching I was pretty excited as "December 7" being my birthday, I was in my own dreamland of getting being treated like a princess at home after being away for so many months. But soon my dreams were shattered as the date sheet came out and we had exams in december. All I was doing was " Hey bhagwan birthday wale din koi exam na ho ". Ans yes, on my birthday it was holiday but before and after that was exam. I was totally down and sad and didnot disclosed my birthday to anyone, thinking " Arre sab log busy honge kya masti hogi"

Like this dec 6 came, exam ho gaya...On dec 7, my parens called me in morning wished me and made my day stating they will come the coming weekend. To my surprise when I came back my room was locked and there was no one around, thank god I had my books, so went in and studied somewhere. When I came back in the evening, i was surprisd where the hell all are..Here unfolds the story my room was all decorated with those colory frills, baloons and my room mate made an entry with a big birthday cake. I was like "Tumko pata tha" and bas fir kya cake facial, gifts, music, samosas, bhujia(being in hostel can afford that only :P)...Than started the photo session. yes I still have that group pic of my bday...all clumsy looks..

This was my best birthday when my new family my hostel gals treated me like a princess, felt blessed, cried too, smiled too..

I don't know whether someone will like it or not.But dat's the most touchy memories I had in my life!!!


If I won, I would like to have makeup goodies as I wan to try my hands on that.

1. my best b'day was my 18th. i was woken up in the morning by all my friends who had come for a surprise visit. on my table there were 18 boxes designed and decorated by them and each box was full of memorabilia, gifts and photographs with each friend.30 or more of my friends had done this and each box had beautiful gifts. my best friend not only did this but also included my family and parents and dey too had a box. this was not it, each box had a scroll in which everyone had written letters to me, it was the most beautiful and meaningful gift ever! i loved it! after this i got an unexpected visit from my boyfriend who gave me another box full of goodies like owl rings, owl soft toys( i am owl crazy!) and i also got lots of dresses from him.later we all went for a dinner in my favorite restaurant.this was my most special birthday ever!

My best birthday was my 14th birthday! It was an amazing and memorable day because it was the first time i celebrated my birthday with friends outside my house. We went to a restaurant and it was 15 of us, enjoyed each and every moment, the joy of getting older, more freedom, the group of friends, the honest friendship we had. I have never had so much fun till today when im about to turn 22! That was definitely my most memorable and amazing birthday :)

The Best Bday I had till date was in year 2005.The story behind the special bday is that I was willing to marry a guy of my choice, but my papa did not agree bcoz it was an intercast alliance.Me n my sisters tried hard for almost 3 years to convince papa n
finally we managed to succeed in our mission.And to surprise me, my sisters again requested my in-laws to have our Ring Ceremony on my Bday i.e.23 Oct.This proposal was accepted by my in-laws and I was engaged with my soulmate on my bday.The joy of that day is till fresh in my heart and now every year me n my hubby share my bday as our Engagement Anniversary too.So its a gift to me for my entire life.

My best birthday i ever had was in the year 2005.I was in 12 th std and there was so much study load since it was board exam and my aim was to become an engineer.My parents and my brother pretended as if they forget my birthday. That day as usual the day was full of tension with class test and I returned home at 6'o clock with lot of anger and was just about to fire on my family members that "how come you forget my birthday".Meanwhile my uncle and aunty came early and gave a surprise party and a wonderfull gift. That birthday was really special along with my grand parents, my family members and my uncle and aunty.

My best birthday!
Let me give a little background before telling!
I belong to a small conservative family where we dont celeberate birthday on large scale,also thats a small city and even my parents sleep on my birthday nite and its just me whos up to take calls! :D
And they wish me next day! So i never had thought that my birthdays can be that happening!
But then when a special person came to my life,everything changed,my every birthday was the best and most happening birthday ever!
But from all those,the bestest was when i was in chandigarh with him during my graduation!
This is how it started :
5th july is my birthday!we fought badly on 4th july! i was all low!
But then at 12 he called me up,wished me and toked to me so lovingly and asked me to come out in balcony of my pg!
And to my surprise he was standing down on the road with a bunch of roses,it was no less than a celebrity style :P
i sumhw managed to go down crossing the wall of my pg,it was so stupid to do that but nothing could stop me that time! :D And there was a society garden where we celeberated my birthday! There was a friend of him with us,who was prisoning those special moments into camera and i was feeling no less than a proncess as it was most of,i could ever expect!there was a little emotional touch too as i could see the eternal love in his eyes for me! that day i found the taste of chocolate cake(i dont like much),as my favourite!
And the excitement dint end there,next day he took me to OVENSFRESH in CHD and celeberated my birthday there legally :P with few more friends and i felt soo soo special and to my amazement,i had never thought that my careless words will bring this gift to me,i had said to him few days back in vain that i so very want a diamond as it shines soo much :P and yes!i had diamond with me that day(not some ring or stuff just a small cutie diamond in a beautiful little box)! And me particular "baniya" gurl was more concerned with the fact ki from where he got enuf money??yes i was happy but still during studies,its hard to manage,this was what touched me most that since that day he was cuting his expenses to get that for me! awawaw! writing here made me remember all,i just love him soo much and thanks to you BHUMIKA AND PARADISO for making me rememeber all this as i again felt that strong respect and love for him :)

my best b'day would have to be my 18th.. not 'cuz it was the year when I managed to pull through an almost disabling accident[to which I lost my knee only to be painfully 'stuffed' with again :( ] or where my family fell apart or something of the sorts. Or not 'cuz I was finally an adult by law or opened my first bubbly without parental guidance.. :p
My bday fell the dy after I was informed that my stitch-removal was delayed as my wound wasn't responding to the glucose filling and not healing. We were uncertain as to if I would walk again. Also, I wasn't wished by my very father then due to ongoing family feuds. What with how due to the accident I couldn't go in for my interview call for my further pursuing in higher english on merit basis to AMITY, Noida or that to a fashion School and House.
On the day of my b'day, probably until the evening I dressed[or rather was dressed] solemnly to sit up on the bed to, maybe, a pastry. I got a in-house call to my apartment, and the next minute was swept in one of my bestie's arms to a vehicle waiting downstairs. As if the visit of my bestie wasn't enough, I was dtien to this in-built discotheque lounge to be with the people I loved the most_ my then world! A bash with an officil bubbly opening by me, followed by a disc night where I danced swept in an arm or two's[* blushes *]. And jsut when I thought taht a very happening day had finally passed to nother when I was laid in with bags of presents, goodies, and chok'lits by my darlings as far from kolkata! :)
I never celebrate b'days and this must be the only I must have. And mostly the GLEE in my mum's[my life] eyes ^___________________^
And this is the one I'll cherish, forever and always. 'cuz this is the one which held my world when I cringed in dismay ..
